A delicious free range pork salami with hot peppery chilli running through the ribbons of pork fat and minced pork meat.
The salami is ambient and can be kept at room temperature. We recommend storing it in an airtight container after opening to prevent further drying. Slice diagonally for best results.
The salamis are made using edible natural casings that can be eaten or removed before eating.
Ingredients: free range pork, pork fat, salt, chilli flakes, sucrose, dextrose, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, starter cultures, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate.

We deliver by hand within 1.5 miles of our production unit in Penge and within 1.5 miles of Ladywell station. Orders over £20 qualify for free delivery and we have small charge for smaller value orders.
A great advantage of preserved meats is that we can post them! If want delivery to outside our free delivery area you can order a courier delivery. We use My Hermes 3 to 5 day service.
