Our guanciale is cured pig’s cheek that has been rubbed with salt, spices and herbs and airdried for six weeks. It is the main ingredient for the famous Italian pastas spaghetti alla carbonara and all’amatriciana and can be used also for many other recipes.

We deliver locally on Thursday afternoons and all deliveries are FREE because we love our local customers. We deliver by hand within 1.5 miles of our production unit in Penge and within 1.5 miles of Ladywell station.
A great advantage of preserved meats is that we can post them! If you want delivery to outside our free delivery area you can order a courier delivery from £3.50. We use the inexpensive My Hermes 3 to 5 day service.
