A fennel classic from Tuscany
This classic Italian pork salami is typical of Tuscany and the region around Florence dates back to the middle ages and is made with fennel (hence its name) giving it its delcious aromatic aniseed-like flavour.
Ingredients: free range pork, pork fat, salt, fennel seeds, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium metabisulphite (sulphites), starter cultures, preservatives: sodium nitrite, sodium nitrate. Natural beef casing. See allergens in brackets.

We deliver locally on Thursday afternoons and all deliveries are FREE because we love our local customers. We deliver by hand within 1.5 miles of our production unit in Penge and within 1.5 miles of Ladywell station.
A great advantage of preserved meats is that we can post them! If you want delivery to outside our free delivery area you can order a courier delivery. We use the inexpensive My Hermes 3 to 5 day service.
