700g of completely hand-made sausages available in both ‘Classic’ and ‘Maple, Sage and Bacon’ varieties.

We make all our spice blends up from scratch for each and every batch of our hand-linked sausages. So that means that unlike most available sausages we’re not buying in commercial pre-mix flavourings which has a massive difference on the depth and breadth of flavour. All our sausages use Gloucester Old Spot free range pork, are course ground and use gluten-free rusk. They come in the following varieties:
Classic (Large 700g pack)
Classically flavoured with parsley, mace and pepper. A Gluten free, coarse ground sausage using only the best native breed British pork. Delicately seasoned to suit breakfast, BBQ and dinner.
Maple, Sage and Bacon (Large 700g pack)
Sweet, sticky and packed with our award winning bacon. The free range course ground sausages are made using fresh sage, thyme and parsley, plenty of grade-A maple syrup and a healthy 25% of our air dried smoked bacon.
