FDC Charity Auction 2023

All funds raised at our charity auction on 20th May 2023 will support both the College Bursary Fund as well as City Harvest London - an exceptional local charity working tirelessly to end waste, inequality and isolation.

Donations Team

When a donation is created the Donation Status is "Draft". You may need to edit the fields so that everything is perfect and ready to be uploaded to Givergy.

Checklist

  • Spelling and capitalisation in the Title and Description
  • Pictures
  • Category
  • Estimated value
  • Spelling and capitalisation in the Donor Name

When you are happy with the donation change the Donation Status to "Confirmed". This makes the donation available for export to Givergy and sends an email to user with their final entry in the auction catalogue.

Terms and Conditions

Donations of auction lots (“Donations”) are made to the us.

Donors will deliver the Donation to us or the winning bidder, as appropriate and agreed between the donor and us.

The proceeds of sale of Donations may be applied by us in our absolute discretion.

If the Donation has a reserve price specified by the donor at the time of making the Donation, the Donation will not be sold until such reserve price has been met.  In circumstances where a Donation is not sold for this reason, the donor will need to make all financial and other arrangements in relation to the return of the Donation to them.
