This is a cow’s cheese made exclusively with mountain milk from the farms of Valcavallina, Alto Sebino and Valle Seriana. Aged from 50 to 200 days. Its buttery texture combines perfectly with the black truffle flakes, giving the cheese a pleasant earthy finish.
Try it as a table cheese or grated on pasta and risotto.
