Creamy blue, pasteurised cow’s milk cheese refined with Dolomiti beer. Min. 50 days ageing. It has strong barnyard aromas which delicately combine with distinct notes of malt in the rind and is perfectly balanced inside, where the fermentation imparts a characteristic barley scent.
Try as an appetiser with pork salami and lager or in fresh salads with dried fruits, citrus and green apple.
