Creamy blue, pasteurised cow’s milk cheese refined with Roby Marton Gin(artisanal Italian gin) and treated on the rind with juniper berries and a mixture of spices. Min. 4 months ageing. Creaminess and sweetness of the cheese melt in a sweet and balsamic freshness made by the Gin. Nice floral, almost botanical finish.
