Soft blue, pasteurised ewe’s milk cheese refined with Passito di Pantelleria (white dessert wine) and topped with Chilean grapes. Min. 2 months ageing. It immediately melts in the mouth, giving pleasant sensations of the contrast between the assertive flavour of the ewe’s milk and the sugary after taste of the dessert wine.
Perfect as an appetiser as well as after a meal, also fantastic in a vegetable soup.
