I hand deliver for FREE within a 1.5 mile radius around Ladywell on Saturdays.
If you are unsure whether you live in this zone then simply enter your postcode at Checkout and we'll do the rest!
I also deliver by courier if you are outside the zone, £5 for tracked delivery. Please message me using the yellow Inquiry button at the top of this page if you have any questions.
Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges are accepted in the circumstances laid out below:
Contact me within 14 days of delivery to inform me of the need to return (please refer to returns and exchange details section below for more details).
Please return items within 28 days of delivery (but please ensure you contact me BEFORE returning).
I'm afraid I don't accept cancellations

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items including earrings and cartilage jewellery (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
- Digital downloads
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Please contact me straight away if there are any issues with your purchase. My priority is to ensure your satisfaction.
In the case of shipping - items are sent out well packaged to protect from damage in transit - should your purchase arrive damaged please contact me immediately with photographs of the damage in order for a claim to be made and a quick resolution.
In the case of missing shipped orders - please let me know as soon as possible. Royal Mail advise allowing 3 weeks after dispatch to claim loss of goods. If the item still hasn't arrived after that time we can discuss a refund or replacement.
In the event of a refund or replacement please ensure items are returned in their original condition and well protected in all of their original packaging and within 28 days using the delivery method it was sent out by (Tracked and Signed-for). Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. I will issue refunds or send out replacements once I have received the item back and is deemed to be in a resalable condition.
